1-1 How to place the order?

The process of placing an order is very simple and quick on the website

Find the product you want to buy

You will see a keyword search box located at the top of the site page. You can also search by a specific category located on the left side of the site page. When you find a product you are interested in, click on the product title or name to view its details.

Add to cart

When you’ve found the product you want to order, click Add to Cart. Once you’ve added a product to your cart, you can go back and continue browsing and adding to your cart. You can access the contents of your cart at any time by clicking the green cart button in the top right corner of any page on the website.

Checkout

Once you have finished adding to the cart what you wish to order, you click on the “order” button, this will redirect you to the checkout page so you can fill in all your personal information relating to your delivery including your name, first name, email address, telephone number, city, district and delivery date. When the information is complete you click on the Order button located at the bottom of the CheckOut page and you will receive your order number.

How to cancel an order?

If you have already received your order number and you wish to cancel the order for personal reasons, you can contact Customer Service at (+237) 689-351-684 for a cancellation request.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

It is possible to make changes to your order after placing it before the service contacts you for confirmation. Furthermore, once you have already confirmed it is no longer possible to modify the order. If you wish to add one or more items to your order, we can place another order for you.
